These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Cards, including the editor, accounts, saved projects, exports, publishing integrations, and Cards Pro. Cards (“the Service”) is operated in Israel by Dani Polani under the name Tiny Gods Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing Cards Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use of the Service.
Cards lets you turn text and images into social media cards, carousels, and videos. Some features work without an account. Accounts let you save projects, and Cards Pro provides additional features and higher limits.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. This right does not include access to the source code or the right to resell, sublicense, or provide the Service itself to another person.
Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You keep ownership of the text, images, and other material you add to Cards. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, render, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the Service and perform actions you request, such as saving a project, creating an export, or publishing through an integration.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use your material and to publish the resulting exports. Subject to any rights in material supplied by you or a third party, you may use your Cards exports for personal or commercial purposes.
Cards, its interface, templates, branding, and software remain the property of Dani Polani and the relevant licensors.
You may not use the Service to:
Cards Pro prices, billing periods, taxes, trial terms, and the date of the next charge are shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If checkout includes a trial, billing begins at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the first charge.
Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for Cards Pro and handles payment processing, taxes, invoices, and subscription billing. Your purchase is also subject to the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal linked from your Cards profile. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancel any active subscription through the billing portal before requesting account deletion.
To request a refund, email dani@tinygods.dev. We review requests individually, and Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds. These Terms do not limit consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Cards connects to third-party services for payments, storage, analytics, content import, and optional publishing. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Their availability and actions remain under their control.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Cards collects, how it is used, and which service providers process it.
You may stop using Cards at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing us from the address registered with the account.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account breaches these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, uses the Service fraudulently, or when the law requires us to act. We will provide notice when the circumstances allow it.
Features, limits, plans, and integrations may change as Cards develops. The Service may also be interrupted for maintenance, security work, or events outside our control. We may discontinue part or all of the Service and will provide notice to paid subscribers when practical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Availability, accuracy, security, and suitability may vary. Keep independent copies of source material and exports that matter to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dani Polani and Tiny Gods Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from use of the Service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This section does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms when the Service or legal requirements change. The updated version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. We will provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with competent jurisdiction in Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the Service. Mandatory consumer protections available under the law where you live remain in effect.
